Last year, I went to a wedding at Elsword...

When I was 15 back in January 2023, while I was playing Elsword, I had fun visiting several houses and said "nice house" in the chat and went back to Elysion, where I went to see and spoke to an NPC, where I went to check if there are wedding halls, and found nothing but one wedding hall, but this time it was unlocked, which meant that anyone could enter their wedding, including I in this story, and that's because the couple forgot to lock the ceremony.

As I entered the wedding hall, I was the only guest that showed up, and I saw the couple talking about their inventory and guild sort of thing, before the ceremony started, and after a few minutes, the ceremony ended, with the server announcement congratulating the newlywed couple and we all received our wedding cakes and glad everything turned out well for us in the end, as I also congratulated them in getting married in the game. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to film a video of their wedding, but fortunately, I remember this story, as it was one of the good memories that I had with over the past 4 years, and I will never forget about this day, even for several years to come.

The Current State of the Toshiba Laptop

Hello, this is YunokiRoom here. I would like to make an announcement regarding the current state of the Toshiba/dynabook laptop, who I've been using from September 2019, on this blog, since I last posted on this blog on December 2023 with that computer, since I already posted an announcement related to this situation on YouTube the day prior through my phone, who I've been using since November 2022.

Recently, for the first time in almost 5 years since September 2019, the Toshiba laptop in question, ran into technical issues related to its SSD and has been stuck loading for more than a day in an attempt to repair the damages done to itself. As a result, I posted stories related to the current situation on Instagram and TikTok, as we're currently looking for a solution, and in the meantime, I temporarily borrowed my sisters' laptop for the time being until the issues with the laptop are resolved.

This wasn't the first time this occurred to the several computers that I used to own in the past, as the desktop computer that I used from 2009 to 2018, met its demise in September 2020 due to an issue with its cooling fan, and the old laptop that I used from 2018 to 2019, which is also an Toshiba one, also met its demise in September 2019, due to being accidentally splashed with water and was replaced by the laptop in question.

Without further ado, let's summarize the events that happened all the way from yesterday to today.

January 4th, 2024

That afternoon, after I came home from a relative's house after editing the YunokiRoom Wiki, I got on the laptop in question and tried playing Elsword for the second time in the same day. After spending quite some time in the game with an newly-created character named "InnerLithium" and accepting a quest to advance her to her 2nd job advancement, my computer began to freeze for minutes and after restarting my computer 2 more times after that, it continued to become slower and freeze until the fourth attempt of restarting the computer, caused it to be stuck on the loading screen of its manufacturer, and at first, it was diagnosing the system for hours, until it started to make attempts to repair itself. Fortunately, most of the MapuruCafe OCs, and the passwords that were stored in my Google account were saved, as the former were posted on the Internet, including on DeviantArt, Pinterest and the YunokiRoom Wiki.

The next morning, the Toshiba laptop is currently stuck attempting to repair itself and while waiting for a solution to resolve the problem, the white laptop I'm currently borrowing was configured to have updates, and as a result, I logged into my Gmail and Kakao accounts on this laptop and at least no damage was done to the email addresses. In the meantime, to prevent further accidents happening ever again, once the Toshiba laptop is restored throughout the weekend and next week, I'll be saving the MapuruCafe OCs into an USB drive and thinking about buying an external SSD so that way, I can continue to work on my content, even after the final breath of the laptop in question. Further updates related to the situation will be posted throughout the weekend.

In the meantime, I'll be updating this post with more details as I can find relating to the situation. That's all I have to say regarding the SSD issues.
